On December 12, 2022, the China Association of Listed Companies released the “Evaluation Results on the Performance of Secretaries of the Board of Directors of Listed Companies in 2022″, and Chen Jingrong, Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company, was rated 5A.
